Fulfillment Policy
Prints and some other items are shipped by yours truly. I try my best to ship orders within a day of receiving them, but I'm just one dude with a day-job, so it can occasionally take 4-7 days before they go out. Prints are shipped via USPS.
Shirts and other apparel items are made to order and shipped by a separate company. The average fulfillment time is typically around 4-7 days, but can vary item to item. Apparel orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, and occasionally DHL.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges for clothing is unfortunately not available at this time. As mentioned above, all apparel is made to order and fulfilled by a separate company, which means I do not have stock on hand to exchange for different sizes.
Refunds
All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not available. If a print is damaged in transit, I will do my best to replace them at no cost to you if I have them in stock.
What's so special about these prints?
All art prints are digitally printed reproductions of my work, printed on 14pt C1S stock (imagine Paul Allen's business card, but bigger and with a cool picture on it). Each print is sealed with a kiss in a protective sleeve with a thicc fine art backing board.
The initial run of each new series of prints (typically 10-20) are all hand signed, titled, and numbered by yours truly. Reruns of each series are only hand signed and titled.
Do you take commissions?
I have taken on commercial and personal commissions in the past but am not taking on new clients at the moment. If you want to pay me a huge sum of money though, feel free to shoot me a DM on Instagram and I'll consider your offer.
When will X print be back in stock?
With every new series of prints that get released each month I will also restock a handful of sold out prints. If something is currently sold out, don't sweat it, there's a good chance it'll come back into stock next month. If you're looking for something in particular, feel free to shoot me a DM and I'll add it to my restock list for next month.
The mailman folded my prints in half. Can I get a replacement?
If USPS absolutely man-handles your prints, I will do my best to replace them at no cost to you if I have them in stock. Just shoot me an email at [email protected] and I'll get you taken care of.
